for Boozt Fashion

On behalf of Boozt Fashion, we are looking for an experienced, ambitious and commercially driven Marketing & Retail Director with relevant retail (e-tail) experience, who will be responsible for Boozt’s high-level marketing strategy, planning and activities as well as the daily commercial campaign executions, while having P&L responsibility.

The position

As Marketing & Retail Director, you will become a key player in Boozt’s omni-channel journey and its overall marketing activities, where you furthermore will play an essential role in securing and optimizing an efficient production process, with more than 60 different campaigns expanding over several channels. Moreover, you will be responsible for a team of +15 at the Boozt headquarters in Malmö, Sweden. The team is characterized by power and high energy, and consist of ambitious, young professionals. Hence, it is essential that you find motivation in developing and mentoring a strong marketing force – and possess the right skills to do so.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with all touch-points of the user journey, online as well as offline, including paid, owned and earned media channels, where to you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the media strategy and hereto the involved media buying. You will on a daily basis collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, in order to manage and drive key aspects within your area of responsibility. This includes areas such as marketing budgets and daily revenue optimization in order to reach main KPI’s within fields such as CTOR on email campaigns, brand awareness, media optimization and daily gross revenue target and you will have the overall responsibility for daily promotional campaign activities and follow-ups. Moreover, you will be responsible for the online sales performance; hence it is essential that you hold a tactical understanding, a commercial mind-set and a realtime tracking approach towards the marketing discipline.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for the Campaign & Media team in Boozt
  • Responsibility for marketing strategy and daily marketing planning and execution
  • Responsibility for communication, id and campaign messages across all channels, including campaign briefing
  • Boozt brand building and brand protection
  • Developing and executing campaign planning that drives revenue, including participation in the “Trade meeting”
  • Securement of an effective approach to content creation and marketing
  • Budgeting and daily revenue optimization, KPI analysis and monitoring
  • Management of offline budget for TV, outdoor, print, Boozt Magazine, etc.

The position is located at Boozt’s headquarters in Malmö, Sweden, and you will report directly to CCO, Peter G. Jørgensen.


Your profile
The ideal candidate holds a degree within the field of Marketing, Business Administration or similar, and has a minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar position in a large B2C company, preferably within retail, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle and/or consumer goods. Moreover, it is essential that you have experience with daily commercial administration, media buying/planning experience, offline and online, as well as econometrics and media/marketing modelling. Thereto, you possess great knowledge of the retail (e-tail) field and are familiar with analytics such as Google Analytics. Moreover, you are a strong strategic thinker, able to translate overall business strategy to tactical activities and come with a strong execution drive.

Personally, you are result-oriented and determined, and strives to develop and implement best-in-class omnichannel strategies – all while keeping up with the latest trends and developments to stay ahead of competition. You are both a team player and a natural motivator, hence you find it natural to enter a leading position, leading and guiding a young and ambitious team. Thus, with a positive mindset, you present your ideas and findings through clear and captivating communication, allowing you to engage successfully with your team and other stakeholders. Thereto, you are fluent in English, verbally as well as written. You come with a great drive and a high energy along with a “can-do” attitude. With an eye for your surroundings and with empathic capabilities, you have a healthy view and understanding of other people’s points of view and find it important to pull and succeed together.
