Web & UX Lead for Fritz Hansen

On behalf of Fritz Hansen, we are currently looking for a Web & UX Lead, with a technical mindset, who will be responsible for the newly launched brand website, which is a pivotal point in the digital eco system at Fritz Hansen. You will ensure a website that is always best-in-class, inspirational and that meets the high expectations of the residential and professional customers. You will become part of an international organization and help elevate the digital experience of a brand that houses some of the most recognized design icons in the world.

The position

As Web & UX Lead, your main objective will be to take website ownership in order to further strengthen Fritz Hansen’s position across international markets. More specifically, you will continuously optimize and develop UX based on defined customer journeys for both residential and professional visitors. Additionally, the role bears the responsibility of aligning and implementing content for launches and tactical campaigns. You will activate new editorial content, such as articles for The Journal, new professional/residential projects, additional designer portraits or new collaborations.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Continously optimizing UX based on defined customer journeys for professional/ residential visitors
  • Aligning website content for launches and tactical campaigns
  • Activating new editorial content – i.e. new articles, projects, designer portrais or collaborations
  • Reporting on key performance metrics of the website
  • Leading or participating in various digital projects 

Your profile

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant UX work experience from a similar position. You have experience working in the design, architecture, luxury goods, furniture or interior industry – preferably in a global organization. You thrive working in a dynamic environment, are skilled in driving tasks and projects forward. By always having the overall digitall experience and customer journeys in mind, you are able to create specific wireframes early in the content development process you’re able to secure that the formats developed are aligned with the overall expression and functionality of the website. This combined with excellent English communications skills (oral as well as written), makes you a strong communicator and you can clearly state your vision, ideas and findings, striving to include and engage your colleagues.

As a person, you are energetic, outgoing and have a positive spirit. With an enthusiastic and proactive mindset, you enjoy working through strong planning as well as being very operational. Execution is key and you find it easy to manage relations with different stakeholders, knowing how to combine it with a sense of aesthetics and an urge to deliver well-thought results. Most importantly, you get things done and always keep the end goal in mind. Furthermore, you are a pleasant team player, easy to work and collaborate with. Preferably you have a personal interest in design, furniture and architecture and you are eager to work with one of the leading brands within the industry. Finally, you are naturally interested in the fast pace and rapid changes within digital marketing channels
