On behalf of Anthill, we are looking for two new hires; an experienced and commercial Senior Project Manager and a Project Manager with outstanding project and stakeholder management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, who will be part of a company in rapid rise and development, with an international open culture and play a key role in ensuring day to day management and delivery of projects at large international Life Science, pharma and healthcare clients.

You will work on digitising the industry further with exciting projects of eDetailing/digital sales aids, Social Media campaigns, workshops, websites, strategy consulting, change and transformation training, SEO strategy, chatbots, video and film production and much more.
Being a smaller company of 70 people, processes are very agile as they have a flat hierarchy and low amount of stakeholders. You will often speak directly to the CEO and can move quickly on decisions.
The position is a unique opportunity to shape new levels of project management for Anthill and to be part of a dynamic, social, supporting and international team.
You will take full responsibilities of day to day management and delivery of projects to large international Life Science clients. Here you will define project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks and delivery of quality as well as the communication with the clients and internal and external partners. You will have full responsibility for owning client relationships and projects, transforming client briefings and needs into high-quality innovative solutions as well as motivate and inspire the creative and production teams to do deliver state of the art solutions.
The level of responsibility and projects are adapted to your skillset, motivations and know how, which is one of the many advantages of the agency culture. You can gain lead responsibility quickly, run with a good idea, gain help on a project from colleagues or develop into managing other Project Managers. You will naturally connect with different teams across the organisation, where you can gain support.
You will be responsible for areas within Project Delivery (70%), Commercial Engagement (20%), Product Innovation, Support/Management. The Senior PM spends most of the time on the day-to-day management/delivery of large digital projects to clients, as well as being an inspirational leader when mentoring and motivating Project Managers.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage and deliver high-quality projects on budget, time, and to the satisfaction of the client
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle providing coaching, motivation and inspiration
- Work closely with Commercial Account Managers, communicate with clients and teams on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood.
- Create and manage project plans, status reports, risk assessment plans, change orders, resource needs, etc
- Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization
- Support the development of pitches and new business proposals
- Leverage project knowledge and client relationships to assist in revenue growth within the account
- Provide account management support on all digital new business activity
- Support product development providing insights on client and market needs
- Support the Senior VP of Client Accounts in the unfolding the Commercial Strategic Issues
- Act as mentor for Junior CEM’s and provide training for new CEM starters
The position is located at either Anthill’s headquarters at Amerikakaj in Copenhagen, Denmark with rooftop terrace and sea view or in the German affiliate in Freiburg im Breisgau - of own choice.
You are commercially savvy, forthcoming and self-driven and possess strong project and stakeholder management skills, along with an openminded and entrepreneurial mindset. You come with a proven track record in digital project management, especially in complex digital media/communications projects.
You have strong digital and web technologies experience, solid proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel, an understanding of SEO and Google Analytics and are familiar with Content Management systems and HMTL. If you moreover have a PMP / PRINCE II certification, experience in agile project management and/or from the life science industry, it is seen as a great plus. You grasp the English language at a high level, verbally as well as written, and naturally communicate, present and negotiate with both clients and colleagues.
Digital flair and an organized and detail-oriented approach is essential, and you have strong numeracy skills for estimating, scheduling, production and invoicing purposes and are able to demonstrate an informed opinion about the digital marketplace. This with power, drive and commitment making you an excellent project and client frontrunner in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving.
