Senior Art Director for ISS

You will be responsible for developing ISS’ CVI, ensuring internal anchoring and compliance to strengthening their brand globally, and for developing creative concepts for brand activation and content creation.
You will get the creative voice in translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive visual assets and solutions that supports ISS’ positioning and resonate with the targeted audience, and hence play an essential role in driving global brand value proposition and implementing creative brand experiences, visual style and images across all relevant touchpoints.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Continuously develop and optimize ISS’ Corporate Visual Identity to ensure that it is reflected in and supports across business entities, products, and solutions
- Convey the brand identity across all platforms and solutions with a primary focus on digital media
- Develop visual concepts, mood boards, storyboards and other graphic solutions to visualize ideas etc. (hands on)
- Creative direction and supervision on concept execution and visual asset creation
- Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team to implement and share globally
- Plan and execute photo-and video shoots in close cooperation with suppliers and stakeholders across the organization
- Provide art direction, supervision and guidance and ensure compliance and governance globally – in collaboration with the Marketing Community and other stakeholders
- Collaborate and manage external suppliers, ensure compliance and quality in the visual expression
- Drive and govern the brand foundation, including development of our Brand guidelines and Brand portal
- Provide and contribute with visual inspiration and creativity within latest trends and tools

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Art Director passionate about crafting world-class ideas and creative graphic design solutions, who is eager to become part of an interesting global brand journey. This with flair for driving flawless visual execution and for setting and determining the overall art and creative brand direction.
Ideally, you have a degree within fine art, visual communications, marketing or digital media and comes with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience from a similar position in a global environment and a matrix structure where you have developed proven high-level creative skills and proficiency in cross-media design, graphic design, communications, and visual storytelling. You have demonstrable and solid experience as well as skillset within creative graphic design, including layout design for digital and offline media and visual elements such as photography, style, typography, colours, fonts, grids, illustrations, and icons. You are an expert in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and other design and wire-framing tools and have flair for expressing connected thinking from strategic thinking to conceptual output. It is essential that you possess the ability to build efficient processes globally, along with the ability to take direction from multiple angles without losing sight of either details or the primary goals.
You grasp the English language to perfection, verbally as well as written, and communicate and present ideas clearly at all levels within and outside the organization – also to high-level decision-makers.

You have a talent for combining a commercial mindset with a creative and innovative skillset and are an original thinker able to act as an inspirational source to the Marketing team.
