Senior Account Manager for Accenture Creative in Copenhagen
On behalf of Accenture and their new global in-house agency, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for large-scale global marketing campaigns and projects for Accenture’s most important business areas. You will be working out of the creative hub in Copenhagen and become part of a global setting.

Due to the global expansion, they have now established Accenture Creative as their in-house agency with the main objective of delivering creative solutions for internal and external marketing projects and campaigns of Accenture’s growth priority business lines.
As Senior Account Manager, you will be overall responsible for creating and nourishing relations to key marketing stakeholders as well as leading complex, creative campaigns and marketing projects. You will be part of the global team and play a key role in project intake, definition of scope and creative briefing, development of creative solutions with the agency’s many creatives, defining strategies and together with the project managers ensure that budgets and time plans are met.
Amongst other things, you will:
- Be the Key point of contact for both Accenture marketing stakeholders (your clients) and the creative team and project managers from Accenture Creative
- Work closely together with marketeers during the project intake and ensure spot-on creative briefings
- Drive internal and external marketing projects and campaigns (digital)
- Manage the planning and execution of projects to ensure cost, time and quality of deliveries
- Build integrated creative campaigns and maximize Accenture Creative’s potential within the organization
- Play an important role in designing project goals and success markers, as well as measure project performance
Through skillful leadership, you will inspire and mentor project managers and other team members and create an environment of continuous professional development.
The ideal candidate has a degree within marketing, digital marketing, business management or similar and comes with minimum 5 years of work experience within project and account management. You have previously worked in an agency setting and have preferrably also experience as a marketeer from a cooperate environment. You are strong in driving both complex projects and clients as well as managing creative development, marketing asset production and digital projects from A-Z. Furthermore, you are experienced in defining project requirements and specifications to allocate work within the project team based on the given nature and complexity of the tasks. Finally, you have experience in overseeing digital and web deliveries.
As a person, you are positive, driven and come with an enthusiastic approach to stakeholder management. You have excellent English skills and thrive in a global set-up being in daily contact with clients and colleagues from all over the world. You are proactive, result oriented and good at navigating between various projects and complex clients. You are structured and show great attention for detail while you are good at grasping the bigger picture as well. You like being in the middle of the action and keep both feet on the ground, even though the pressure is sometimes high. You are an open person who thrives building relationships and being part of a team while it is important for you that your team is thriving as well.
