As the first full-time marketer in Caliber, you will play a key role in formulating the marketing strategy together with the founders and lead the marketing efforts across European and American markets. It is an opportunity to keep one foot in the offline world organizing events and PR activities that increase presence in the company’s target communities, while generating and nurturing inbound leads through online marketing activities. It is therefore essential that you are comfortable in managing an inclusive range of tasks and acknowledge that small teams sometimes have multiple jobs to perform.
You will be building the brand, owning and defining the marketing strategy and execution, creating content and thought leadership material as well as managing all online and offline visibility. Additionally, you will be the main driver of lead generation to the sales organization and systematically track marketing effectiveness and conversion rates like MQLs and SQLs.
The tasks may occasionally change, and you will get the chance to define own goals, tasks and responsibilities.
Some of your key tasks and activities include:
- Attract and nurture inbound leads through content marketing, PPC campaigns and email automation
- Manage social media strategy and execution, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Run all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and growth hacking activities
- Track and monitor demand generation and lead conversion
- Own HubSpot Marketing Hub and other relevant analytic tools
- Develop thought leadership material to build Caliber’s visibility and credibility in strategic markets
- Own PR activities, including media outreach, conferences, events and coordination with external agencies
- Manage account-based marketing in coordination with Sales
You are marketing, tech and data savvy and have 3-7 years of experience with BtB/enterprise marketing– ideally from a SaaS company or a market research firm. During the years, you have acquired experience within Account-Based Marketing, LinkedIn Advertising, SEO/SEM, demand generation and website analytics tools. You have strong lead funnel experience: from targeting and generating leads to nurturing and converting them, including experience with HubSpot.
As Caliber is working with an international perspective, their corporate Language is English. It is vital that you possess excellent communication skills in English, along with the ability to present complex data to a broad audience.
Personally, you have a sense of autonomy and ownership as well as a desire to contribute to business success and development – and have fun while doing it. Most of all, you’re interested in joining a startup growth journey and building a marketing function in the process!
