Head of Demand Generation
To increase Keepit’s market position and current momentum, we are looking for a strategic, analytical and data-driven Head of Demand Generation, who will play a key role in building a strong international brand and service by planning, implementing and executing repeatable demand and lead generating initiatives across all digital touch points.

You will be part of the marketing team, play a key role in setting and developing your team and be responsible for defining and implementing demand generation through innovative digital campaigns and funnel optimization. Through your activities, you will have a strong focus on the commercial KPIs and the ability to drive repeatable demand and lead generation activities across all touch points. Moreover, as an analytical and data driven person, you will systematically set targets and measure ongoingly, including post-campaign evaluations.
With a deep understanding of data and customer behaviour, you and the team you will be setting paid marketing and growth efforts, including development and execution of performance marketing, growth hacking and website conversions. It is thus essential that you come with experience in and interest for marketing technology, possess firm brand marketing skills and display natural managerial skills. Yet, you also enjoy collaborating with peers across the organisation in a positive and natural manner as e.g. with your colleagues in Product Marketing and Brand & Content, in order to complete tasks and meet goals.
As Keepit has several B2B clients, one of your main objectives will be to support the growth and generate significant customer demand across all sales channels. To achieve your goals, you will manage paid media platforms but also identify more narrow, hyper-segmented platforms to reach the target audience and their influencers and SEO. This also includes leading coordination and distribution of content and campaigns via own organic channels and SoMe plus developing and following-up on KPIs for the applied activities.
With operational flair and proactive team members by your side, you will play a key role in designing marketing funnel strategies and plans by using a variety of channels and marketing tools such as landing pages, CRM, email campaigns and automations within the HubSpot platform, along with supervising the marketing budget and optimally allocate it across tools and channels based on data and insights.
The position is located at Keepit’s offices at Copenhagen, and you will refer directly to the Chief Marketing Officer currently interim held by CEO Frederik Schouboe.
You possess convincing digital marketing skills, a global mindset and strategic and innovative flair and can lead digital initiatives across several touchpoints as well as manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
Ideally, you hold a master’s degree within Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar and have minimum 5 years of experience within digital marketing, along with the ability to manage different performance channels. You have a proven track record of scaling digital B2B products and services through online marketing and user-centric methods in a start-up and/or scale-up.
During the years, you have acquired fine skills in project management, experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising (paid and organic), CRM, Re-Marketing and Automations as well as experience with SEO and the ability to increase ROI. It is essential that you are tech and data-driven, are used to navigating across multiple different demand generation models within a B2B environment, have proven knowledge of using HubSpot as marketing automation platform and thrive in positions with vast responsibility, along with a dynamic team setup.
You hold the perfect combination of a commercial, strategic and analytical mindset and are able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across units simultaneously. This with outstanding communications and presentation skills making you excellent in conveying and disclosing information to every member and to all levels within an organization.
Personally, you are result-oriented, innovate and forthcoming and come with a strong and flourishing drive. You hold solid management skills, are accommodating and respectful and are a true people person who knows that the best way to succeed is through a passionate and strong teamwork. You have the ability to combine your strategic flair with creativity and have what it takes to analyse, synthesize, recommend and take action based on data and customer/market insights.
