Global Brand Content Manager for Cembrit Holding

On behalf of Cembrit Holding, we are looking for a proactive Global Brand Content Manager who would like to be part of the Group Marketing team at Cembrit's office in Copenhagen/Søborg. You will be responsible for developing costumer-oriented content with global prospective and be passionate to have your own influence on content creation across channels in Cembrit.

About Cembrit
Cembrit develops, manufactures, and supplies fibre cement building materials to create good opportunities and frameworks for human well-being. This applies to the people who have to live in the buildings our products are used for, and to the people who have to work and build with them. The history of Cembrit goes back to 1927 when Cembrit was part of FLSmidth Group until 2015. 

Cembrit anticipate stable growth and strong future positioning in sustainability and CSR, within the field of energy-efficient renovation and construction.

Reporting to Head of Group Marketing and working out of our Copenhagen office in Søborg, you will be part of the Group marketing team with a close interaction with marketing colleagues across Europe and many other stakeholders from different functions in Cembrit.


The position

As Global Brand Content Manager, your overall purpose is to develop and secure a clear and consistent perception of Cembrit brand and products. This include developing the brand communication platform including brand value propositions for Cembrit brand and products. Furthermore, you are responsible for the Cembrit storytelling and channel specific brand messages based on data-driven insights about customer’s needs and different market positions. Hereto, you will evaluate and challenge status quo for optimized impact of marketing investments, on a continuous basis. As Global Brand Content Manager you are expected to drive the overall brand marketing communication of the Cembrit brand and for new and existing products.

Your areas of responsibility include:

  • Provide a critical ‘total brand’ point of view and guide the overall evolution of our brand building efforts, beyond the specific objectives of each campaign.
  • Ensure global brand alignment in all brand and marketing communication activities
  • Responsible of generating actionable insights on our customers as a basis for your recommendations for content strategies for Cembrit across regions and markets.
  • Build strong relationships directly with the markets, to gather insights to keep improving the quality and effectiveness of our marketing communication
  • Ensure quality and validation of storytelling and brand messages by liaising with internal key stakeholders, and by using your strong proof-reading skills and eye for details.
  • Contribute to the alignment between Cembrit’s ongoing improvements within sustainability and CSR

 


Your profile 

The ideal candidate has a min. 5 years of experience working with brand marketing and storytelling, preferably within B2B2C. The international environment is not new to you, and you are used to being part of a team and working with different kinds of stakeholders. We expect that you hold a Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in business administration, international marketing, communications, or other relevant discipline is required,

As a person, you are passionate about delivering value to customers through consumer-oriented brand marketing and communication. You are experienced in delivering B2B and B2B2C global marketing concepts in respect for different market positions and dynamics, hereto working across the full marketing mix, including digital content, and taking a 360-degree approach to campaign creation. You have experience in delivering and measuring creative concepts and content across channels.

You demonstrate a strong self-discipline in order to work independently to source and develop content for internal and external platforms including strong understanding of current trends in content delivery on paid, owned and earned channels. We also see that you are experienced in leading creative projects at global scale and ability to deliver effective and measurable results through creative communications.

Finally, you prove the ability to challenge, motivate and inspire peers to localize marketing communications material that adheres to the highest standards, delivers business results, and earns recognition and credit in the construction industry.

Finally, we expected that you demonstrate full fluency in English; verbally and written.
