Digital Product Owner for LMK Group
On behalf of LMK Group, we are currently seeking a commercial, consumer-oriented, and passionate Digital Product Owner to lead a team of specialists, innovate and improve LMK Group’s digital customer experience in the Nordics. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join LMK Group on the quest to develop the mealtime experience for thousands of households, help more families eat healthy, varied, and sustainable food, with almost zero waste.
In the position as Digital Product Owner, you will support a team of Frontend Developers and UX Designers to build web-based products and services for customers and help prioritize their tasks. You will play an integral role in LMK Group’s new Nordic Customer Experience department. Furthermore, work closely with your team in the development and planning of websites and apps to enhance the customer journey experience. Your day-to-day work will be leading your own cross-functional team with Business Specialists, Designers, Engineers, and Customer Insight Specialists, being close to both the customer and the business.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Leading the frontend development team and UX Designers that work to continuously improve the digital customer experience through the website and apps
Building the digital presence, focusing on improving and optimizing the digital customer journey
Developing and maintaining a digital experience framework in a scalable and capability-oriented fashion
End-to-end ownership for the digital features that are prioritized, from ideation through requirements, tech implementations and optimization
Drive customer-centric growth through increased ATV (Average Transactional Value), customer engagement, conversion rate and reduced churn resulting in improved CLV (Customer Lifetime Value)
Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for the website and app development
Continuously analyze and research the performance of all services to try and identify potential opportunities that would improve our customer experience
Furthermore, to achieve the abovementioned responsibilities, your daily tasks will involve:
- Build, structure, document and democratize the digital experience for LMK Group
- Define and measure the success of the digital experience and track progress towards these metrics
- Manage LMK Groups short-term roadmaps and backlogs together with their cross-functional CX-squads
- Define and communicate product and service requirements and specifications
- Use data and insight to build business cases to support and justify feature development
- Communicate the product development and roadmap to the organization
- Educate others to understand LMK Groups product and service features
LMK Group has nice offices located in Oslo, Stockholm and Helsingør. You will report to the Nordic Customer Experience Manager and will be based in either Oslo, Stockholm or Helsingør.
To succeed in the role, you hold 2-3 years of experience leading digital product teams and building digital products or services. We are seeking a digital-savvy who holds a customer-centric mindset and hands-on approach, who is curious about understanding customer needs and uncovering business prospects. Thus, you possess an analytical mentality and are good at evaluating new opportunities, whilst being a prominent storyteller who can inspire other people and stakeholders around you.
You are flexible and experienced in working in a cross-functional organizational structure and hold a demonstrated background of collaborations with teams consisting of tech, CRM, and digital squads, involving in-house and agencies. You enjoy operational activities alongside driving projects on a strategic level, developing ideas proactively and efficiently. On a personal note, you are good at finding and developing synergies, comprising a diplomatic approach and being good at finding common solutions and compromises. In this fashion, you hold excellent customer service and verbal communication skills, are thorough and can pay great attention to detail, alongside being a role model and is humble to the people around you.
