On behalf of Jabra (GN), we are looking for a dynamic and creative digital specialist professional, who will drive end-to-end project management and execution of global digital assets and events to make the company’s digital assets reinforce their position as a premium brand across digital events and throughout media channels.

As Digital Producer, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of virtual events – and in the future also physical events. You will collaborate with the Global Product Marketing team on messaging, the Copywriting team on scripting and storyboarding and the End-customer Marketing team on the platforms best suited for execution. Additionally, you will work closely with the Global Creative Director on the delivery and future repurposing of existing digital assets to create new stories across the company’s digital platforms and social media. Hence, it is essential that you have a strong ability to drive the agenda and possess outstanding stakeholder and project management skills.
Your key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Act as the digital lead to strategically plan and execute digital assets and events
- Management of 3rd party partners, suppliers, creative agencies and internal creatives
- Arranging high-quality virtual events from brief to execution
- Planning alternative scenarios and making appropriate plans to cover off any eventuality
- Working with global colleagues and senior management to deliver content specific to their needs
- Management of digital assets for world-class product launches
- Attending filming sessions in a director role to ensure the company’s messages are clear and the content is the best it can be
- Regular communication with the project team to provide updates and reports on virtual event project status
- Close working relationship with in-house photographer and videographer to capture footage that can be used for internal and external communications
- Using your creative flair to repurpose existing content across digital platforms and social media
You will refer directly to Keely Gibsone, Head of Events, Marketing Production, and work out of Jabra (GN)’s HQ in Ballerup, Copenhagen. However, you can in the future expect some travel days in regard to the planning and execution of physical events.
We are looking for a professional and digital perfectionist, who strives to achieve the best execution possible for all outputs – no matter how big or small – and with outstanding stakeholder and project management skills knows how to transform business objectives into clear written and creative briefs. Either you are a digital producer with flair for executing moving images or an innovative content creator who uses existing content to repurpose for new channels, such as YouTube bumpers, social media etc– and while you do not necessarily come with a background in consumer electronics, you take to tech talk like a duck to water. You have 6-7 years of relevant experience, five of them from within a digital space where you have obtained experience with digital platforms and social media and have furthermore demonstrated performance with planning and executing to a high standard. If you moreover have experience in BtB execution, it is seen as a great plus.
With outstanding interpersonal skills, you can natural enter a role as a confident individual capable of networking at all levels of seniority and can build relationships and interact at a senior level with key stakeholders. You have a good business understanding and are a self-driven problem solver who take ownership of projects but are at the same time a trusting and energetic team player with solid communication skills in English – verbally as well as written.
To succeed in the role, it is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and can manage a number of high-profile deliverables simultaneously and hold the initiative to ensure that Jabra (GN) delivers to agreed deadlines. Hence, a proven track record of owning and implementing complex project plans is important as well as a great eye for detail is necessary – particularly across all aspects of digital management, including keeping accurate records, version control, project planning and budget management, follow up of issues, briefing and debriefing of people, etc. At last, you come with a high degree of initiative, accountability, self-motivation and resourcefulness, and are eager to set a digital and creative mark in a large organization with a truly innovative and global mindset.
