Digital Marketing Manager for GripGrab
On behalf of GripGrab we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to direct and accelerate their international growth by leading and developing their digital marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager with both strategic, technical and executional skills.

On their next growth journey, they invest in marketing and digital-led growth. Therefore, GripGrab is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to contribute to their global marketing operations and develop our Go-To-Market strategy.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for GripGrab’s broader digital landscape and ensure engaging customer journeys across the company’s channels and digital presences, both internally and externally. You will ensure consistency between platforms, strengthen GripGrab’s digital ecosystem and actively support the commercial agenda.
You will be responsible for all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM and digital marketing campaigns. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring a digital eco system that is aligned and tied together across platforms and channels, providing key insights and data. In close collaboration with the marketing team, you will be supporting GripGrab’s ongoing digital activities as well as building strong brand awareness within their target audience.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Building and strengthening GripGrab global brand
- Manage owned, earned and paid digital media and global digital campaign alignment, optimization and tracking
- Social media and digital media strategy with strong content development
- Create success measurement plans, KPI’s and digital marketing plans and ensure campaigns can be shared and adopted locally.
- Ensure consistent tracking and monitoring of digital performance to support business goals
- Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing on digital initiatives
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communication colleagues to ensure content is shared on the right channels both internally and externally, execute activities that support our campaigns, product launches etc., ensure that we are always on track.
You will be a part of a team of enthusiastic marketing and digital professionals who drives GripGrab’s efforts towards great success. The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Marketing & Digital Officer (CMDO).
We are looking for an independent profile who has the drive and will to succeed, and with the ability to drive digital marketing projects and execution forward and think outside the box.
Ideally, you have a master’s degree within marketing or similar, along with minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing management from a similar organisation.
You know how to drive and improve new marketing and brand initiatives, and to ensure consistency between content, communication, marketing automation, CMS, SoMe, and offline channels. It is essential that you hold excellent English communications skills, verbally as well as written, and are able to easily communicate and present your thoughts and ideas precisely and convincingly no matter the audience, country or project. Finally, you are naturally service oriented and always have the customer in mind in your work.
With strong interpersonal skills, you are empathetic and openminded, pay respect to your surroundings and make an effort to understand colleagues, customers and other stakeholders. Essentially, you are a natural and strong collaborator. You are commercially driven and with a strong drive, you are eager to make your mark in an interesting company on an ambitious journey.
