On behalf of Telmore we are looking for a competent Data Architect & Analyst, who comes with extensive experience in data collection and data stitching. As Data Architect & Analyst you will be responsible for securing Telmore’s digital data foundation within personalized experiences onsite and digital marketing touch points.

About Telmore

Telmore is Denmark's largest online telecommunication company with more than 720,000 customers. They provide various solutions as mobile subscriptions, mobile broadband and smartphones. Furthermore, they offer streaming and entertainment through their product Telmore Play, who is one of the market-leaders within their field.

Telmore was founded in October 2000 as an online telecommunication initiative as a protest against the high and opaque prices of major telecommunications companies and cumbersome subscriptions. Telmore became thereby the first telecommunication company to operate exclusively online, thereby making it easier and cheaper to be a mobile customer. Telmore were founded for customers and they always operate customer-centred, whether it comes to a new subscription solution or a new online platform. They provide a service with the aim of being the smarter choice for the customers and in both 2017 and 2019 they have been recognized by Wilkes with the nomination of having Denmark's best customer service and are expecting to win the prize once again in 2020.

The position

As Telmore’s new Data Architect & Analyst you will play a central role in developing architectural standards, workflows and interface specification documents to further strengthen Telmore’s delivery processes. You will act as an expert within the field and be responsible for delivering strong strategic architecture. You will be responsible for managing and securing Telmore's digital data foundation through activating the customers experiences onsite and digital marketing touch points.


Your daily tasks will include:

  • Create data environments and/or data sets to serve a wide range of data users, including but not limited to Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Business Analysts and etc.
  • Being the system owner of Adobe, where you through extensive Adobe Analytics knowledge and expertise will reinforce Telmore’s Marketing- and Analytics team.
  • Assist in personalization to to improve customer satisfaction, digital sales conversion, marketing results etc.
  • Construct A/B tests and handle tag management
  • Be responsible for analysing and reporting
  • Be tasked with tracking and secure data

You will become part of Telmore’s Marketing & Online team. The team consists of 20 colleagues with different skillsets, which means that the team can move incredibly quick from thought to action. You will collaborate with experienced developers to implement and validate solutions and services and you will refer directly to their CMO.

Your profile

The ideal candidate has a technical university degree in Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent education and comes with at least 2-3 years of working experience within web analytics, data architecture, data collection, data stitching and data activation. Furthermore, you have thorough experience with adobe analytics and data flows for both analytical tools as well as marketing tags, while also having strong experience with setup and validation of A/B testing. You have an excellent analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and hands-on experience with onsite optimization tools. It is a strong advantage if you have experience with Tealium and Adobe Test & Target, but not a requirement. You have worked extensively with data sources and have an understanding of how they can be activated commercially. Moreover, you are fluent in written and oral English and preferably one of the Scandinavian languages.

Personally, you are detail-oriented and thrive in an analytical and digital environment and you understand how to structure data and how to gain access to data. You are passionate about the digital landscape and strive for continuous professional development. Furthermore, you are an empathic team player, with good energy and strong communication skills. You have experience in managing projects with many stakeholders, and you are structured, with high organizational and planning skills.
