CRO & Web Analytics Specialist for Goodiebox
On behalf of Goodiebox, we are looking for a result-oriented and data driven CRO & Web Analytic Specialist to enhance the conversion rate of websites, webshops and media sources by creating insights to user behavior, traffic patterns and media performance.
Goodiebox was born in 2012 and is located in Copenhagen. Every month, hundreds of thousands of members across nine markets get a monthly beauty subscription box sent to their doorstep. All boxes are designed and created in Denmark with the purpose to create moments of happiness and self-indulgence. As CRO & Web Analytics Specialist, you will become an integral part of the Commercial & Growth team, which currently counts 30 hardworking and happy human beings. The 30 “Goodieboxers” within the Commercial & Growth team are working hard to build strategies around eCommerce, growth marketing, CRM & retention as well as their own products, to enable hyper growth of the business. You will report directly to the Head of eCommerce, Ann-Sophie Neuchs Smed, and work closely with the Site Manager, Online Campaign Manager and UX & Design as well as stakeholders in Marketing, Tech, BI and Strategic Partnerships to ensure an optimal CRO foundation.
The success criteria of the CRO & Web Analytics Specialist are to enhance the conversion rate of websites, webshops and media sources by creating insights and test hypotheses. Furthermore, making sure that all necessary data is accessible as well as securing its validity. You must secure linkage between business insights and website insights. In other words, create insights to user behavior, traffic patterns and media performance to enhance the conversion and thereby increase the volume of subscription sales as well as boost the volume of one-off sales. In addition, you will make sure that data is valid, moreover maintain and develop the data points that Goodiebox has access to.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Report and evaluate continuously on ongoing campaigns to optimize the impact/intake if needed
- Make relevant analyses of website behavior, user behavior, traffic and media performance which results in hands-on action plans for improving the conversion rate
- Secure links between business insights and website insights
- Create a hypothesis catalog for A/B testing as well as executing the technical setup of these tests.
- Enrich website data with BI data and ensure high quality data
- Manage the CRO roadmap and deliveries
- Present findings, progress, and improvement in reports for relevant stakeholders
- Document, develop and validate tracking points
- Working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
The ideal candidate comes with a strong, analytical approach to data and transforming insight to actions. Preferably, you have 2-5 years of experience from a similar position, in international and/or digitally grounded companies. You are comfortable being self-propelled from the beginning and is used to agile working.
Besides being data-driven, you have experience with effectively optimizing conversion rates, moreover A/B testing - both in terms of hypothesis creation, the technical setup of the test (E.g., via Google Optimizer) as well as evaluating on the result.
Furthermore, you are able to create a transparent and structured reporting setup with actionable insights. You know how to enrich website data with BI data, ensuring a high-quality data layer and correct tracking points. You are a transformative force who enjoys working in a fast-paced and positively business. With strategic strength rigor in planning, you are nonetheless a very hands-on ‘doer’ that enjoys being in the midst of it and seeing work come through.
