CRM Manager for LIEWOOD

Are you a self-driven and ambitious digital marketer with both strategic, technical, and executional skills? Do you have experience with CRM and marketing automation, and would you be motivated by the chance to create and develop a community for consumers worldwide? Then you might be LIEWOOD’s new CRM Manager.

LIEWOOD is an international kids' lifestyle brand designing and producing accessories, interior, and selected clothing for babies and children. LIEWOOD products are created with a sustainable mindset - from design and functionality to carefully selected materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester, wood, and silicone, following the highest quality standards.

LIEWOOD is a dynamic, design-driven, and highly commercial company in rapid growth - founded in 2015 by Anne Marie Lie Norvig with the desire and commitment to create a unique kid's lifestyle brand focusing on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. LIEWOOD is based in Copenhagen, and the universe is deeply rooted in the Nordic design tradition.

The position
Entering into a new role in the marketing team, your primary goal is to make sure that LIEWOOD engages and retains current and prospective consumers in the best possible way. You will work to build a strong community of LIEWOOD consumers worldwide by developing, implementing, and maintaining the communication to these – primarily through newsletters and onsite initiatives. You will be a key contributor to growing the LIEWOOD brand.

You will be responsible for developing the LIEWOOD consumer community from recruitment to retention, and for building up LIEWOOD’s future marketing automation and CRM setup to improve the company’s performance in direct marketing channels. This involves setting up flows, ensuring the right content, and defining best practice for LIEWOOD’s global markets. Specifically, you’ll be the owner of the newsletter database, systems and communication.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Community strategy
  • Newsletter communication - set-up, automation flows, follow-up
  • On-site communication to community on Liewood.com
  • Drive traffic to own e-commerce
  • Create engagement and loyalty
  • Grow community members across nationalities
  • Follow-up and report on main KPIs
  • Close cooperation with SoMe Manager and Creative Marketing team - as well as e-Commerce Manager

Your profile
The ideal candidate has minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and management of marketing automation tools.
You must have a proven track record of building up communities through owned and direct marketing channels, as well as experience with different marketing and data analysis tools. Similarly, it is a prerequisite that you have experience with developing and setting up new tools and systems, as you will become responsible for establishing LIEWOOD’s new email marketing setup.
Having worked with an international company previously, either in an internal role or within a digital media/performance agency, is a plus.

As the CRM Manager, you possess a combination of strategic planning and analytical skills as well as project management competences. You can coordinate with multiple stakeholders across teams simultaneously and you can navigate international settings.
