FOM Technologies (Functional Organic Material) spun off from the prestigious Risø National Laboratory for Sustainable Energy’, at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). As Content Marketing & PR Manager you will be one of the key players to set the direction for a young, fast-growing company, characterised by an entrepreneurial environment, where your efforts, knowledge, and expertise will be highly valued. In the role you will be driving brand communication, developing PR material, newsletters, corporate announcements and managing SoMe channels on a both operational and strategic level. You will be responsible for FOM Technologies' various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and web, taking a lead role in shaping future communication initiatives and channels.
In your daily work you will be ideating, creating, and managing content for digital platforms, writing, and editing press and video materials, and is crucial that you are able to be hands on with content copy and design. Furthermore, it is important that you can communicate on point to various stakeholders and understand how to address and meet both customer and investor interest and needs. It is essential that you are a strong writer and communicator in both English and Danish and that you, apart from being skilled at writing engaging copy, also possess a strong aesthetic eye for design, graphic and visuals.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop marketing and communication strategy
- Execute digital content and concepts to strengthen company position and brand
- Boost SoMe platforms and followers by managing PR efforts and content marketing initiatives to generate awareness and drive traffic, engagement, and investor awareness.
- Conceive, plan, and execute a unified and effective content strategy across communication platforms and stakeholders.
- Write and edit a wide range of marketing materials and documents including SoMe posts, Q newsletters, company-/ and ESG reports, video scripts, Investor webinars, IR- and website content etc.
- Develop and execute reliable timely press releases and corporate news announcements
- Support colleagues on customer insights, campaign tracking, analysis and evaluation of digital campaigns, customer leads and SEO.
You will be working out of the company’s attractively positioned headquarter at Amager, Copenhagen and be referring directly to the CEO Michael Stadi.
The ideal candidate comes with a relevant background and education within marketing and communication and have previous experience working professionally with social media channels, PR, and corporate communication. Preferably you have experience working strategically with B2B marketing and communication for a company with an international client base. You thrive navigating in a global environment, working cross-functionally and is a skilled and motivating communicator and team member. You have experience with WordPress/website management, corporate communication and digital platforms and are able to be hands on with content creation. To be successful in the role you must possess strong communication skills both written and oral in English and Danish, additionally Swedish is considered a plus.

You are strategic, organized and a master of converting ideas into actionable plans and compelling content. You demonstrate a holistic mindset, balancing strategic goals, daily operations, and innovative brand-building ideas with ease. In addition, you enjoy working in a social, fun, non-hierarchical and collaborative environment, and come with a self-propelling and overall can-do attitude, where execution is key.
