To cultivate, maintain and secure’s strategic and commercial partnerships and to strengthen their activation and commercial performance, we are looking for a results-driven and openminded Commercial Partnership Manager who can work on both a strategic, creative and hands on level.

The position

As Commercial Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategic sponsorships  and commercial partnerships. This with the main purpose to drive branding and revenue for the company.

The position requires high levels of strategic thinking, creativity and project management skills as you will be responsible securing that leverages the most from the potential – both branding-wise and commercially. You will be responsible activating existing partnership, but will also be identifying potential strong partnerships and developing the strategies for those. Both when it comes to very commercial and tactical partnerships (BtB/Btc) and larger strategic sponsorships. Some of the strategic partnerships and sponsorship activations, you will work with include; Stockholm fashion week, DBU, Brøndby IF, Alt for Damerne – running events, Göteborgvarvet, and Guldknappen.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying the right strategic and commercial partnerships for
  • Secure that Boozt Fashion activates the potential of their partnerships 360 across relevant touchpoints
  • Secure drive commercial potential from their partnerships
  • Plan and execute on activation and commercial activities, including internal communications with all relevant stakeholders
  • Budget handling
  • Project management in relation to activations and commercial activities
  • Evaluation & continuous optimization
  • Develop and evaluate existing BtB / BtC partnerships, revise processes for existing concept and develop, execute and follow up on new large-scale concepts

The position is located at’s headquarters in Malmö, Sweden and you will report directly to Sales & Marketing Director, Dorte Tandrup.

Your profile

We are looking for a profile with a high level of energy and a can-do attitude who loves the idea of growing a business through commercial and strategic partner relationships. The ideal candidate holds a degree within the field of Marketing, Business Administration or similar and has minimum 3-4 years of experience working with strategic and commercial partnership – both BtB and BtC. Thereto, you have experience in both offline and online marketing, branding and activations activities, business development, strategic partnership management and project management, and come with a record of high performance in negotiating, solution selling and activation and commercial activities, preferably with a focus on the e-commerce and luxury vertical.

You are a self-starter and creative problem-solver with demonstrated ability to work independently and productively with minimal oversight while also collaborating across teams and borders. You are always focused on doing what's right for the business, and your strong drive and positive can-do attitude affect everything you do and touch. Furthermore, you possess exceptional presentation and communication skills and have the ability to distil complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans. It is thereto vital that you possess excellent interpersonal skills, are resilient and forthcoming and hold on to your vision and company values and are able to disclose and express them.

Building relations and managing different stakeholders comes natural to you and you are at your best while working with other people.
