Commercial Operations Analyst for Jabra (GN)
To drive industry leading operational governance and support outstanding sales excellence for the Retail & Online sales organization, we are looking for an openminded, strategic and critical thinking Commercial Operations Analyst, who, in close partnership with national and international stakeholders, will play a significant role in commercial process improvements and strategies.

Entering the position as Commercial Operations Analyst, you will join Jabra’s Commercial Operations function, an integral part of the Retail and Online (R&O) sales organization, and have extensive interaction with stakeholders in the EMEA sales region as well as with internal functions such as Finance, Operations, Marketing and Data Excellence. In close partnership with your team, you will play an essential role in operating the commercial governance processes and proactively provide critical business analyses to support decision making and to ensure that the company continuously achieve and exceed their sales targets.
Your key responsibilities include:
Running the monthly governance process for R&O in the EMEA regions, including account and product forecasting, promotion planning and management reviews
Weekly and monthly performance reporting to the global sales leadership
Accountable for driving cross-functional alignment between sales regions and HQ supporting functions
Being the subject matter expert of the R&O governance framework through a strong understanding of the interdependencies between different systems, processes and data sources
Supporting global R&O projects through business analyses, forecasting and ad hoc tasks
Assist in analytics related to overall business planning and business development focused on the execution of operating plans, market performance metrics & business performance
With a strong ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions and with outstanding stakeholder management skills, you will be the generalist and analyst behind Jabra’s commercial and sales strategies. You will work with a large cross-functional interface in an informal, transparent and relaxed working environment at the Jabra’s HQ in Greater Copenhagen.
As the ideal candidate, you have a degree in Finance, Business Administration or Management and comes with minimum 2-3 years of experience from a commercial planning role, e.g. sales operations, pricing, finance, demand planning or similar. You are used to interacting with a broad range of both national and international stakeholders, and with strong interpersonal skills, you thrive working in a global setting with different people at all levels of seniority within the business. Hence, you possess excellent communication skills in English verbal as well as written.
By nature, you are curious and openminded, have a keen desire to learn new things and are thereby not afraid of taking on new challenges. With great self-motivation and a proactive mindset, you are determined and result-oriented and never abandon a project before the goal is reached. Your work approach is structured and organized; hence you easily plan and structure even complex tasks and business operations.
To succeed in the position, you possess strong analytical skills, a profound financial understanding and a high level of business acumen, and even though you are both an induvial project starter and closer, you are aware of the way of success is through great teamwork.
Moreover, to succeed in the position, you bring:
Advanced knowledge of Excel and data management and if you have experience with Qlik, Kinaxis and SAP, it is seen as a great plus
High level of system literacy
Solid retail experience
Experience in managing various stakeholders across different departments such as finance, logistics and demand planning
A demonstrated record of meeting commitments and delivering results
The capability to understand and analyse complex situations utilizing data analysis and systems thinking as well as experience with financial reporting and analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, trends and tendencies within your industry
