Client Service Director til Ogilvy

On behalf of Ogilvy Denmark, we are looking for a competent, strategic-thinking, and digitally minded Client Service Director. In this role, you will have responsibility for your own exciting clients at the agency, and you will function as their key advisor in matters ranging from strategy to execution within the fields of customer experience as well as advertising and communication.

The position
As Client Service Director at Ogilvy, your finest job is to foster great relationships between your clients and your colleagues, leading to successful projects for the brands as well as the agency.

Specifically, your role will include retaining and growing a base of local and global B2B and B2C clients – as well as pitching on new clients. Your work consists of supporting and ensuring that the agency creates engaging and relevant brand experiences across every touch point.

The position includes managing your team, developing project scopes, plans, and budgets in collaboration with your colleagues, overseeing projects from start to end – and ensuring that the agency produces high-quality work everyone can be proud of.


Your profile
We expect you to have a solid background in driving brand communication campaigns as well as digital customer experience projects, and that you are comfortable with being the clients’ key advisor in both matters.

You are well-versed in the digital world, and you understand how to build strong customer relationships for clients, whether it’s grabbing the consumers’ attention or earning their loyalty. Connecting the dots between data, insights, messages, and channels is your thing, and you inspire both clients and colleagues with your original thinking and eagerness to create meaningful work.

The ideal candidate has a strategic business mindset and is innovative and curious in their way of working. Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience from a similar role, optimally from another agency. You are 100% fluent in English and Danish, and you have a proven track record.

The agency is looking for a person with strong presentation skills – you can argue a point of view coherently and concisely; you speak with authority without seeming inflexible. You create impactful presentations and know what it takes to sell a project successfully.

Your people skills are strong, and you possess a creative, playful, and open mind. Hence you can see the bigger picture while paying attention to the smallest details. When working, you find solutions rather than problems and you aren’t afraid to suggest new ways of attacking a task.

As a person you are outgoing, happy, you love collaborating and pushing things forward. You aren’t shy but you don’t have sharp elbows either, and you are excited to become a part of an agency on the rise. Liking dogs is a plus, too.
