Client Manager for Infomedia Norway
On behalf of Infomedia Norway, we are looking for a proactive and strategic Client Manager who comes with experience in building strong relationships, as well as the tempo and thrill to drive growth and new business development.

As a Client Manager you will be trusted with the key responsibility of building and maintaining top quality relationships with your own clients, always ensuring their needs and goals are met, as well as helping them to develop and drive further growth. At the same time, you will work with winback prospects and play a key role in generating leads and turn them into closed sales. With solid presentation skills and an ability to create strong relationships with your clients, you will be responsible for growing the media monitoring services by advisory sales of media analyses, communication analyses, impact analyses and consulting services with the objective to increase sales and profitability. Thereto, you will actively be participating in sales processes with a focus on strategic sales and solution selling.

- Proactively hunt new clients and business opportunities
- Design and sell solutions based on existing product portfolio applied to the customer’s needs and requirements
- Ensure inclusion and timely response to RFP/RFIs and public tenders
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive solutions within area of expertise
- Create compelling solutions, proposals and ROI documentation
- Work with Post-Sales to transition to ensure smooth delivery and custumer satisfaction
The client base of the new Client Manager will consist of B2B clients, which entails that in-depth knowledge about the target-group is fundamental, and that an analytical and strategic approach is necessary. The Client Manager is expected to approach software sales with a business and PR/communications mind-set. Supporting tools such as Salesforce will be available to assist in covering various sales channels, based on the opportunity and specific client.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree within commercial studies, preferably with some financial qualifications or training and has a minimum of 2-5 years of experience from a similar position. You have solid experience in creating strong relationships, new business sales, and leveraging a value sales approach. A background within software sales, and experience from either management consulting, analysis or business intelligence companies are seen as a huge plus. You possess excellent negotiation skills alongside strong presentation- and communication skills. Furthermore, you have the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in an ever-changing environment with a strong understanding of customer processes (marketing, communication and digital analysis).
