On behalf of Anthill, we are looking for a conceptual and digital savvy Associate Creative Director with a heart within design and a mind within tech, who will be responsible for developing creative concepts and digital campaigns while setting and implementing the design direction with a key focus on digital UX and UI.

The position is a unique opportunity to be a key creative contributor to Anthill’s existing and new clients while taking an active role in the development of the agency’s creative vision, market position and promotion. You will be responsible for high-quality creative work with a key focus on Concept, Execution, Creative Direction, UX and UI design, and you will be the creative soul that fill in the gaps between concept, design, digital and tech.
You will be part of the Creative Solutions Team and work closely with Anthill’s Client Engagement Managers, the Tech team, strategists and designers ensuring seamless web/mobile design as well as a successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all digital platforms. In close collaboration with the Creative Director, you will set the tone for the creative output of the agency and be part of everything from assign resources, campaign development and big ideas as well as presenting new ideas and campaigns to clients.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Concept/Creative execution that solves clients' business problems
- Develop and produce concepts across a number of brands and clients
- Collaborate with strategy, account managers and tech to develop SMART CREATIVE and integrated thinking
- Oversees, implements and is keeper of visual brand mandatories and consistencies
- Participate in brainstorming and collaborative sessions with colleagues and clients
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, in all stages of development
- Present concepts and executions to Creative Director for input and approvals
- Present approved work to clients
- Curate and collaborate with Creative Vendors / Production Partners
- Stay current on latest trends, talent and competitive work
- Manage and direct creative assigned to junior teams under his/her supervision.
- Build, create and maintain creative excellence across the creative department and the agency at large
The position is located at Anthill’s headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark and you will refer to the Creative Director.
You are a visionary and creative digital thinker who can pick up on new technical requirements quickly and ideate new concepts and directions and visualize these into captivating narratives of campaigns/projects. This with flair for conceptualizing creative thoughts that elevates brands into the future and wins the hearts and the minds of global target audiences.
You come with a proven track record in digital creative development within the healthcare advertising industry and have ideally minimum 5-7 years of work experience from a similar role. You have proficiency in all Adobe suite programs, Sketch and Final Cut Pro, and animation skills are a big plus. You have a strong business acumen and possess excellent technical knowledge and come with an advanced understanding of marketing as well as a strategic and visual problem-solving mindset. It is essential that you hold conceptual, visual and creative skills and thrive in the art of creative technology, design development and UI/UX as well as in solving complex creative challenges to drive business success. Hence, you have flair for designing websites and digital landscapes that can be applied across every platform.
It is essential that you grasp the English language to perfection, verbally as well as written, and naturally communicate, present and negotiate at all level within and outside the organization.
You thrive working independently and have flair for leading projects and teams while successfully collaborate with other creatives and departments. You are able to establish clear directions based on objectives and can distribute workload appropriately based on creative skill sets and talents. This with a desire to always challenge the status quo to develop, craft and execute inspiring concepts and digital campaigns. You are a knack when it comes to determining the tone, mood and colour palettes of web and digital design and your creative spirit naturally inspire and contribute to new innovations and art solutions.
