On behalf of Fritz Hansen, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate the digital experience of Fritz Hansen, a global design leader within furniture, lighting, and accessories. As the new Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be overall responsible for the global brand website and play a pivotal role ensuring a best-in-class, inspirational customer experience across all segments and markets.

The position  

Fritz Hansen is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and develop the brand website with a focus on content activation, page optimization and user experience. You will be optimizing customer journeys and brand expression for both B2B & B2C visitors.

The role includes responsibility for website operations and optimization across all markets and segments, and full ownership of content updates, implementation of SEO strategy and support on paid search activation strategies. It involves a close collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team to ensure that all product communications and editorial content are set up and activated in an engaging and effective way, in accordance with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate has a natural talent and holistic approach to content management and web editing, as well as operational competencies within SEO/SEM to ensure optimal performance.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Create dedicated landing pages to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Publish editorial content, including articles, projects, designer portraits, and collaborations.
  • Implement data and content in the PIM system (inriver) for new and existing website pages.
  • Ensure up-to-date information on the website, managing product availability and details.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Development team for ongoing technical management and feature development.
  • Support the e-commerce strategy to enhance the customer experience from consideration to purchase.
  • Integrate user-generated content and curate related product lists and basket add-ons.
  • Perform bug fixing and maintenance to ensure accurate content publication on the website.
  • Execute the overall SEO strategy, optimizing website content and conducting keyword research for improved organic ranking and growth across strategic markets.
  • Support the execution of the paid search strategy, coordinating with marketing campaigns and monitoring website performance metrics.

You will report to the Head of Brand and Marketing Activation and the role is based at Fritz Hansen’s beautiful headquarters in Allerød, north of Copenhagen.

Your profile

As the ideal candidate for the role, you bring +3 years of experience from a similar position and master both website and content management. You are an expert when it comes to content and process management in combination with strong equally technical, editorial and aesthetic flair. You are adept at maximizing the potential of digital marketing tools, including Google Marketing Platform, have a strong grasp of SEO and bring great people and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience from another international luxury brand is an advantage, whereas mastery of Sitecore and inriver, or similar CMS/ PIM systems, is key, together with your ability to optimize content platforms and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. Ideally, your experience extends beyond content management, encompassing other digital marketing disciplines such as social media, email, or marketing automation, adding to the broad skill set desired for the role and Fritz Hansen’s dynamic and proactive environment.
