On behalf of all.u.me, we are currently seeking an ambitious Chief Marketing Officer. You will be the central figure in steering the branding, marketing, and growth strategies, driving the company towards significant impact. Collaborating closely with the founder, you'll have the unique opportunity to transform a startup into a globally recognized brand.

About all.u.me
all.u.me is a Copenhagen-based social impact jewelry tech startup with high ambitions to be a game changer in harassment prevention. By using technology and jewelry, they are taking a totally different approach in activating us all to be part of the solution.

Since 2021 they have been developing two technologies - the all.u.me app and a tiny bluetooth device that’s embedded into jewelry. Now it's time to build the all.u.me brand based on their value proposition ‘The beauty of feeling free’, and start executing on PR, partnerships, and commercial activities.

Their mission is twofold: firstly, to introduce, train, and inspire as many individuals as possible in the effective use of the proven bystander intervention method known as "the 5Ds". Secondly, to drive sales of all.u.me powered jewelry, facilitating easy communication to bystanders that intervention is desired. Consequently, all.u.me aims to mitigate the risk of harassment while enhancing the likelihood of receiving assistance when needed. Additionally, through their initiatives, they assert that harassment shouldn't be normalized or attributed to the victim, freeing individuals of undue responsibility. Instead, allowing them to stand tall with the liberating feeling of safety and empowerment.

The position
We are looking for an aspiring CMO to lead all.u.me branding, marketing, and growth efforts, which are fundamental to both the team's success and the realization of all.u.me's goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the company's presence, from its initial stages to its establishment as a global entity.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and building our marketing and growth activities and team, overseeing various aspects of our brand's operations. Firstly, you'll guide our efforts as a consumer-facing social impact jewelry brand, striving to transform bystander behavior regarding harassment. Secondly, you'll oversee our engagement as a vibrant social media community, ensuring the creation and dissemination of engaging, relevant content while fostering discussions on harassment prevention. Lastly, you'll drive our PR endeavors and partnership initiatives as a tech-driven business, aiming to develop a social impact product that resonates with other companies and supports our mission.

Your primary objective will be to integrate these diverse elements into a comprehensive growth strategy. This strategy will encompass PR, influencer marketing, organic content creation, partnership initiatives, collaborative projects (co-labs), and charitable endeavors – all aimed at empowering our users to embrace their true selves.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Define and execute all.u.me’s strategy and plan for branding, marketing, and growth.
  • Be the creative and aesthetic force in elevating all.u.me’s potential as a social impact movement.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for launching a start-up brand, requiring extensive experience in creative PR and go-to-market tactics.
  • Use your network to let all.u.me scale in volume and voice through turnkey design collaborations with cool and vibrant fashion – and jewelry brands.
  • Secure and assist in commercially executing partnership agreements with employer branding and social impact-focused companies.
  • Build and nurture the marketing team that will have a strong focus on SoMe and Influencer Marketing, plus traffic and conversion optimization.

Your profile
This position is ideal for you, who wish to use your experience and drive within B2C marketing and branding for something purposeful and play a pivotal role in the execution of an ambitious launch and later growth delivering true impact on a global scale. Your profile should exhibit a history of over five years of experience in a marketing team or agency, with a proven ability to steer campaigns from concept to completion, covering all phases from development to implementation and analysis. We expect you to have substantial know-how in influencer outreach campaign execution and analytics. Experience in the jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle industries will be highly valued, along with a passion for these sectors and a strong professional network. Additionally, startup experience or a startup mindset would be a significant advantage, highlighting your ability to achieve notable results driven by ambition on a minimal budget. Your ability to manage and inspire people is crucial, as is your confidence in building and nurturing a dynamic marketing team. An exceptional command of grammar and spelling with near-native proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Danish would be a significant advantage.
