Markholt & Partners is a headhunting agency founded on the learning that no matter how good your strategy, concept or work, it always comes down to having the right people on board. Building on this, our team of former marketeers and digital profiles believe that we at Markholt & Partners can set new and unseen standards in finding the right professional and personal match between company and talent.

Owing to our many years in the commercial, marketing and digital realm, we have an in-depth industry knowledge and a true passion for the field. We understand the businesses and the challenges they face, and we know what it takes to attract talent now and in the future. Moreover, we have a knack for sensing people’s needs and we strive to make our recruitment process a great and insightful experience for clients and candidates alike.

In order to meet the needs of our increasing number of clients operating across the Nordic region, Markholt & Partners is now present in most of Scandinavia. Our biggest office and most of our team is based in Copenhagen, and from here we cater to the majority of our Danish clients. However, we have a long history of working with Aarhus-based clients as well, so local presence there is important to us.

Our recent move into Sweden, and on an ad hoc basis Norway, too, has already proven worthwhile. Our Stockholm-based team serves most of our Swedish clients, and the availability and local knowledge we offer them evidently stands out from other agencies on the market. Most importantly, we work closely together and always set the most qualified team to serve our clients. Wherever they are.
